Reporting illegal content (DSA / LCEN)
In its capacity as host within the meaning of article 6 of the LCEN and of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act), HG-HOSTING provides a mechanism allowing any person to report illegal content hosted on its network or on its address range 95.170.26.0/24.
Reports are submitted through the dedicated reporting form or by email to abuse@hg-hosting.fr. In accordance with the DSA, the notification must specify the exact URL or location of the content, the reasons for the report, the identity and contact details of the reporter, as well as a good-faith statement on the accuracy of the information.
Point of contact (DSA, art. 11 and 12): authorities, the European Commission, the Digital Services Coordinator as well as the recipients of the service may contact HG-HOSTING electronically at administrateur@hg-hosting.fr (accepted languages: French, English).
