01How long between quote and delivery?
We come back with a priced proposal within 24 business hours. Once the quote is approved and payment received, delivery within 24 to 72 business hours depending on hardware availability and build complexity.
02Do you provide IPMI/KVM access?
Yes, dedicated IPMI access on every machine, included in the price. Handy for reboots, reinstalls or low-level debugging without going through our support.
03Can I change the config after ordering?
RAM/disk upgrades can be scheduled with a short maintenance window (usually < 1h). CPU change: we prepare a new machine and migrate your data, no surprise downtime.
04What SLA and what support?
99.9% SLA as standard, up to 99.99% on quote with contractual terms. Priority Discord support + tickets, in French, with technicians who actually touch the infrastructure (no scripted answers).
05Will you help me migrate from another host?
Yes. We review together what's running, prepare the new machine, and coordinate the DNS switchover. Migration is negotiable within the quote.
06Does the price change at renewal?
No. The price you see is the price for life: no increase at renewal, no teaser rate that doubles the following year. Whatever is agreed in your quote is locked in.
07Can I test before committing?
No automatic free trial, but we're happy to talk: want to test before you commit? Ask us by email or on Discord, we'll look together at what's possible for your project.
08Where are your servers hosted?
Nozay (44, Loire-Atlantique). Our own facilities, managed in-house, no subcontracting. Free-cooling, redundant power. Latency <10 ms anywhere in mainland France.
