01Which engine and version?

MariaDB 10.11, fully MySQL compatible. WordPress, Laravel, Node.js, Minecraft plugins, FiveM scripts: anything that speaks MySQL works without modification, with the drivers you already use.

02How do I import my existing data?

The simplest way: an SQL export from your previous host (mysqldump or phpMyAdmin), then a one-click import from the included phpMyAdmin. For large volumes or if you're unsure, open a ticket: we'll help for free.

03Can I have several databases?

Yes. Simply adjust the quantity at checkout: each database gets its own credentials and its own billing. Handy to separate production from testing, or one project per database.

04Can I connect from outside?

Yes, and securely: by default your database accepts no remote connection at all. From the client area, you allow up to 5 IP addresses (your server, your application, your home), editable anytime in one click. Everything else is refused at the server level. phpMyAdmin always stays accessible, with no configuration.

05Are there limits?

Each tier includes its storage (from 1 to 100 GB), its monthly traffic (from 25 GB to 1 TB) and its simultaneous connections (from 15 to 80). You're emailed as soon as you reach 85% of a quota. Storage far exceeded: writes are suspended while you clean up or move up a tier, reads and exports always keep working. Traffic exceeded: throughput is simply reduced until the start of the next month. Nothing is ever deleted.

06Can I change tiers?

Yes, anytime from the client area. It's the same database that keeps running: no migration, no downtime, no new credentials. Only the quotas change, and the price is prorated.

07Lost password, what now?

From your client area, one button regenerates your database password instantly. No ticket to open, no waiting.

08Does the price go up at renewal?

No. The displayed price is the price for life: no increase at renewal, whatever duration you pick.

09What if I already have a game server or VPS with you?

That's the ideal combo: your database runs on the same infrastructure as your servers, so latency is minimal. And if your project grows to the point of wanting its own SQL server, a VPS takes over without a painful migration.
