01What's the difference between VPS and VDS?
The VDS is the tier above the VPS. Same resource guarantees, but wider configs (up to 16 vCPU and 96 GB of ECC RAM), 10 Gbps networking available and stronger contractual SLAs. If you're starting to max out a VPS, it's the natural next step before going dedicated.
02Can I upgrade my config along the way?
Yes. CPU, RAM and storage scale with a simple reboot (usually < 5 min of downtime). No physical migration to move from the Entry tier to Performance.
03Which OSes are supported?
All the main Linux distros (Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky, Arch...), Windows Server, and you can upload your own ISO. Templates are ready to deploy in a few minutes.
04Are snapshots really included?
Yes, unlimited manual snapshots as long as you stay within your plan's storage quotas. Built-in scheduler for automatic snapshots (daily, weekly).
05What kind of support?
Technical support in French, priority Discord + tickets. The techs actually touch the infra, not some L1 script that keeps asking you to reboot.
06Where are your servers hosted?
Nozay (44, Loire-Atlantique). Our own premises, managed in-house, no subcontracting. Free-cooling, redundant power. Latency <10 ms everywhere in France.
07Does the price go up at renewal?
No. The price you see is the price for life: no increase at renewal. No teaser rate followed by a steep bill the next year.
