Before you buy.
01What condition is the hardware in?
All the hardware comes out of our own production, so it has run in a datacenter but has been maintained. We note the condition on each product page (Good condition / Like new / Signs of wear). Real photos available on request before buying.
02Is there a warranty?
No. The hardware is sold as-is, without warranty. It's gear pulled from production, tested as working before shipping, but we don't cover failures or defects after delivery: that's what lets us offer a fair price. It's up to you to assess the risk before buying (detailed photos + remote testing available on request).
03How does payment work?
SEPA transfer or payment through the client area (card, PayPal). An invoice is always provided. For businesses: quote on request, billable to your company registration number.
04Can I see the gear before buying?
Of course. On-site pickup at Nozay (by appointment via ticket), or we send you detailed photos and run a remote test if you want a diagnostic beforehand.
05Do you buy back hardware?
Not for now: we only resell what we have decommissioned internally. If you have a volume of used gear to clear out, open a ticket and we'll discuss it case by case.
